The story

Hemlock Circle Productions wanted to be more than a single title — a studio brand audiences follow from film to film. With an opening-night red carpet screening of “Last Shot” at the Dallas International Film Festival approaching, we overhauled their website, upgraded their social channels, ran targeted festival campaigns, and launched Club Hemlock, an insiders’ club that turns anonymous visitors into a fan base the studio owns.

Results: site traffic up more than 600%; YouTube grew from 23 to 1,082 subscribers and ~500 to ~85,000 views; Instagram reach climbed from 77,000 to 412,000; and the festival campaign drove 12,500+ landing-page clicks on roughly $2,500 in ad spend — helping fill about two-thirds of a 700-seat opening-night theater.
